By emailing any member of the Firm you acknowledge that we may review the information you transmit to us and, even if submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, and even if you consider it confidential, it will not be deemed protected by the attorney-client privilege unless and until we have formally agreed to represent you. Emailing us or transmitting to us information, even if you consider it confidential, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you, even in a matter where that information could and may be used against you.
